This is probably a dumb question, but If the advantage plan shows $ 0.00 cost, does the $99.90 monthly medicare charge still come out of my SSI check? I guess I need to make a quick decision before July 1, because I'm already collecting (I need it to pay the rent).

I had some issues that brought me to the ER at the VA this month. I'm not sure if I should stay there, or sign up with an advantage plan. We have a HMO here that looks really good kelseycareadvantage (can't post links.) but I have also been considering Bravo because they have hearing aid...
