Each year I use the Medicare tool to compare the estimated costs for the drugs my wife and I take and select the lowest cost plan for each of us. That has worked well until this year. I like to use the Insurance Company web site to do such things as check drug prices, check order history, etc. This year the lowest Insurance plan for my wife was Community CCRx so I selected that plan. I later found out that they do not even have a web site to display things like order history and pricing info. The web site they do have just displays marketing info. So if you want a plan that has good web support, go elsewhere. So far the rest of the company support has been fine and costs are as estimated. And I can get order history from the pharmacy that we use (Walgreens in my wife's case). But they will not price drugs unless you go to the counter. And they do not have the info about the insurance sompany's part of the transactions.
