Hi everybody, I am a student researcher at Georgia Institute of Technology and my research focuses on improving the Medicare Explanation of Benefits (EOB) document (the one that says "This is not a bill."). It would be a great help if some kind people would be able to fill out this survey which would help us get a better sense of what frustrations people face with the EOB and how to work on improving it.
