Tried to set up a my medicare account and it tells me it cannot set one up. Puzzled as this is my first experience with medicare. I even thought that possibly I set up a account before and went to the website that allows you to sign in. hit I forgot my username, filled in all the information and hit the send key and nothing happened. The website responded and it had activity but nothing came up and I have received any notice of any kind. I realize it has only been one week but in todays world I should be able to go to a website and check on the status some how. Please advise if someone can shine some light on this.
