Medicare and the Against Medical Advice

I left the hospital after a failed attempt.to inject an iodine solution into my spinal canal. The doctor could not find a place to get the needle past the vertebrae. I signed an AMA form because it made sense to me that I should be responsible for anything related to the botched procedure after I left. The doctor advised I stay two hours. I stayed just one - that's how long for my ride to come. Question: will that AMA affect Medicare payment to the hospital for the botched procedure and the stay in the room?
