My mom has been in the US since 1982 and meets all the Medicare requirements.
She applied for Medicare and there's a requirement of having at least 2 forms of IDs showing name and date of birth.
1) She has a green card so that one is good.
2) She doesn't have her original birth certificate, she was born in China, so that's not good.
3) She has a driver license but the issue date is 2014, they require at least 5 years issue date (2011 or 2012), so that's not good.
Have anyone heard or seen this before? Do you know of any other acceptable alternatives?
Please help.
Thanks!
