Part B pays for doctor visits, outpatient services, lab tests, home health services, medical equipment, and other medical services. Part B also covers some preventive services.

Part B also covers doctor's services rendered to you in the hospital and most all medicines given to you in the doctor's office.

If you have "original Medicare" under Part B you will be responsible the yearly deductible and 20% of the costs after the deductible is met.

With a Medicare Advantage Plan your costs will be different, usually much less. Also if you have Medigap Insurance then most of the additional costs will be paid by the insurance, depending on your plan.

I have a HUGE question my Dad and Mom are from Missouri, My dad had medicare part b, and he is disabled, receiving disability, my mom got a job, home health working for her mother, and when she did my Dad's part B coverage got canceled? How is this even possible considering she doesn't make much money at ALL, and she doesn't have healthcare coverage herself ?

That shouldn't be canceling his part B. A lot of clients that have other coverage through employer coverages opt to decline part B but Medicare won't automatically dis-enroll him. You may want to make a call to Social Security at 1-800-722-1213 to find out what has happened.
