Medicare Part D should be model for Medicaid Reform

According to this article the Medicaid prescription drug program has failed miserably and costs have exploded. It touts Medicare Part D as a model which should be used to reform the Medicaid PDP.

I would have to agree that the Medicare Part D program does a decent job in it's intended mission.
