Under the new health care laws hospitals will be rewarded according to the quality of care they provide. Medicare will pay more for those scoring higher on patient care and less to those scoring lower.
It sounds like a good idea to me! If they don't do their job, don't pay them as well, sort of like what happens in the real world!
