Republicans Confirm Goal to Overhaul Medicare

Republicans made their position on Medicare clear on Friday when they stated that they will continue to support a Medicare revamp as part of their plan to reduce Government spending.

Huh. Earlier in the week it appeared that they were backing off their support of the controversial Ryan Plan to privatize Medicare, but this latest statement leaves no doubt what their goal is. I just hope that all aspects will be considered before anything is done to change Medicare.

One day they are backing off their earlier stand, the next day they are all fired up about overhauling our medicare again! Just like a wishy washy politician!

I trust a politician about as far as I can throw one. What about all the rich folks and big corporations that pay little or no taxes? I say make them pay their fair share before cutting money out of my medicare.
