Hello,

I was not sure where to put this thread. If it is in the wrong area I apologize now.

I have an aunt who is computer illiterate, so I am trying to find some answers for her that she has about medicare. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Relevant info:
Current insurance is Molina Healthcare of Ohio.
She is unemployed and physically not able to work due to severe fibromyalgia.
Her doctor wants her to get certain tests done, but the current insurance keeps denying them to her.

I do not know which plan she has currently (A, B, C, D or any combination there of).
She has called a few insurance providers, but gets run around answer to her questions. For example, she needs to get all of her teeth pulled. She will then need dentures. The providers she has spoken to about this issue cannot tell her if they will or will not be able to cover the dentures.

She has also asked me to seek out those who may have had experience with the following providers that I will list below. She would like to know, from the experience of others, which seems to be the best provider.

The following providers are in Ohio:

-Caresource
-United Healthcare Community Plan of Ohio, INC
-Paramount Advantage
-Buckeye Community Health Plan

Any help is appreciated. She is stressed beyond ends here. A huge thanks in advance.

Yes, you are correct. I am looking for information about medicaid. I confused the words. Thanks anyways. I will pass on the information to her about the dentures. Thanks!
