I want to post the following message, but I don't know how to start a new thread, or whether that's how it should be posted:
I can’t make the Medicare Plan Finder respond. For the past few days, I’ve been trying off and on to search for a drug plan, but the Plan Finder seems dead. It is active while I enter my zip code, my name and Medicare number, etc. When I click on Find Plans, however, the screen gives one small jerk, then settles back the way it was. Pushing the button over and over doesn’t help. It quits responding at all after the first click. I have used the Plan Finder for years. I know what it looks like. I’m getting nothing. Just the Find Plans screen. Is anybody else having this problem? Enrollment time is getting short.
