For every one of these Medicare fraud dudes they catch there are probably 100 they don't catch. What happened to honesty? And a Dr. no less. Talking about giving the profession a bad name, they should make an example of ALL of those convicted of Medicare fraud.

The Senator dudes don't have to pay for their medical coverage so they don't really look at it from the ordinary folks point of view. Besides they are rich anyway so if they did have to pay for their coverage it wouldn't phase them. What's this about making people 65 and 66 years old buy...

Dude the Republicans only want one thing, that is to keep the rich folks rich and the rest of us down. If it were up to the Repulicans there would be no Medicare or no Social Security.

Sounds good dude, a lot better than the Republican plan. I don't trust politicians in general and the Republicans seem to want to do away with anything except the tax laws that benefit the rich people. As far as medical care goes I wish there would be more emphasis on prevention and natural...

I read that article and I think it is bunk. Just think about people you know who exercise regularly vs those who do not. For the most part the exercisers will live longer because they are healthier. Wonder what that dude was smoking when me wrote that article?

Well I just noticed that when I search the SS site to see how the status of my case is doing it now says that a decision has been made on my case and I will be notified by the mail. Before it always said no decision was made. So thus far it has been about 1 month and 10 days since I signed up...

How bout making Medicare simple this go round? Instead of all the parts, just make it one part and make it simple? Guess that's just me, always looking to simplify things. But it would be nice if it was simple and easy to understand.:)

I think it's has to do with getting rid of many of the trans fats that were in food over the last few years. Everybody ought to eat natural foods anyhow they'd be better off. I worry about the kids and all them happy meals they've been eating. Of course when I was a kid I did the same thing. :D

Dude I signed up for Medicare the first week in April and still haven't heard anything. The government sure takes their time about everything. I can see why they tell you to sign up 3 months before you get 65!

Well it looks like AARP has the medigap field pretty much covered. I can't turn on the TV or pick up a magazine without seeing their ads. I was wondering are they any good? Or are there better plans available? Anyone with any personal experience with the AARP plans?

how about mushrooms? I heard they were good for something not sure what. A buddy of mine is interested in a mushroom called the chaga or something like that. He says it has all kinds of healing powers. He is sorta far out you know... :cool:
