Does any one know where I can see a comparison of plans and how much money they give us back and how much for OTC drugs?

This does not show a comparison of the $ money they give back each month for signing up. All this does is show the different plans.
any other ideas?
also would like to see a site that does the comparisons and the reviews for each one.
I was looking at one that sounded good but was investigated and fined by the government this past month....I would love to have a one stop shopping where I can filter how I wish to see them listed and the reviews...1 star and up...
Please let me know if you have a site? Thanks
