Some of the factors that govern how our body responds to exercise are out of our control. These factors include age and body structure. This is an interesting article that explains why some people have an easier time of doing some exercises than others, it is because their body structure makes it easier.

I always wondered why some people had the natural athletic ability and others (like me) have to work at it constantly to maintain good fitness. Maybe body structure has something to do with that also.

Yoga is a great way to increase your flexibility, but since it actually works to lower your metabolism, it's definitely not a good way to burn fat. It can actually have the opposite effect because of its ability to slow down your bodies natural functions. Great for lowering stress, not so much for burning calories.
