Research has shown that exercise is as good as antidepressants at reducing depression. Exercise works to relieve depression by increasing the level of serotonin in the brain.

No but it sure as heck beats sitting in your house in your bathrobe all day with the curtains shut watching TV.

Get out and go for a walk for corn sakes. It does improve your mood.
