A new study suggests that exercise could help protect against Alzheimers among those with a genetic risk factor for the disease.

I am beginning to believe that exercise is a prevention and also a cure for many things. I know it helps with blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, and many other problems.

Good to know that all my bike riding is doing some good! It has helped my weight, blood pressure, and cholesterol as I don't have to take medications for any of those. Many 65 year olds can not say that!

I've also heard that biking (and other low impact exercises) ward off the symptoms of Parkinson's as well.
