Exercise helpful even if you are 80

If you are Medicare age, or even 80 or older, exercise has been proven to be good for your health and overall quality of life. I am beginning to believe it to be the the wonder drug that cures almost all ills. It it doesn't cure them it certainly goes a long way to preventing them.

In my opinion the key things wrong with our medical system in this country today is too much emphasis on treatment of disease symptoms and not enough emphasis on prevention of disease.
