Exercise Helps Sleep Apnea

A new study shows that the condition known as Sleep Apnea is helped considerably by regular exercise, as much as 25%, even with no weight loss. In addition this study shows that exercise helps a person sleep longer and more deeply than a non-exerciser.

I can tell you that when I exercise a lot and get really tired that I have no trouble falling asleep, so I do not doubt the conclusions of this study.
