Exercise May Protect the Brain

A new study suggests that exercise could protect the brain from silent strokes, a condition that leads to mental decline and chances of future strokes. Chalk another one up for exercise!

It is important to note that in the study that those who exercised moderately or intensely were 40% less likely to develope these silent strokes than those who did light exercise or no exercise.

I need to exercise but find it so hard, my energy level is low. I do walk several times a week but that's about all I can do. I know I need to do more, but I don't. :(
