More People Choose Higher Rated Medicare Advantage Plans

It is not surprising to me that people choose Medicare Advantage Plans with higher ratings than those with lower ratings. I mean, why pick a lower rated plan and open yourself up to grief later on?

Maybe this fact will help insurance companies to improve their customer
service for their plans so they will reap more business.
