Purpose of the Exercise Zone

Everyone should take responsibility for their own health and the Exercise Zone forum is for discussions of types of exercises one can do to help keep illness and disease at bay.

It is amazing what exercise can do, and unless you get regular exercise you won't believe the difference it makes!

Do you run, bike, hike, go to the gym, walk, lift weights, or do yoga? Hey it doesn't matter much what you do as long as it is regular and your body can tolerate it.

So please post your success stories here, also if you have questions other members might answer.
