So this is going to be your choice. The thing you need to be aware of is that if you do not sign up for part B and then want to add it later on in life you will be accessed a penalty for not signing up for part B. This is going to be a 10% penalty for each 12 month period you go without part B and that will be tacked onto our monthly premium. If you never intend to sign up for part B then you will never pay a penalty.
