The best thing that I realized is that sauces and condiments are where the sneaky calories are. Some of the little sauces you get from fast food places can be as high as 200 calories! Dressing for salads can be as bad too. If you like salads or dressing, I suggest looking Bolthouse Farms yogurt-based dressings. It sounds weird, but they're very good! The ranch has only about 45 calories per serving - that's half the Light Hidden Valley Ranch dressing.
